If you are still within your money-back satisfaction guarantee period, and you do
not like the product and wish to stop using Trakeze, we will refund your subscription
fees, provided you cancel the account before the end of that period. Please note
that the money-back guarantee only applies to new customers and for the initial

Trakeze is a completely web-based, hosted solution so all you need is an internet connection and an Internet browser. There is nothing more to install.
